Saleumsouk Microfinance Institution (SMFI) is an innovative co-finance system of community management approach in providing equal opportunity to the people of communities for continued access to financial services that will eventually improve the quality of their living in the society

This loan is primarily for working capital and project capital for customers who can generate income on a daily, weekly basis. which is a cycle of buying and selling in each cycle.

This loan is granted to finance agricultural production and relative activities such as acquisition of farm equipment and machinery, establishment and operation of poultry and farming, livestock, fishery product, crops, fruits and vegetable production, seedlings and ornamental plan production.

To ensure that all borrowers are validated before granting loans, Credit Officers do a client investigation. This ensures that before approval of loans, staff is able todetermine the client’s capacity to pay. This activity also prevent the clients from over-indebtebness.
